ginger granola
I like this recipe because of the flavour with honey and yoghurt. it is pretty easy to make. I found this recipe online from the Pigeon Hole cafe.

ingredients
1. cup rolled oats
2. 1.5 cups puffed rice
3. 1.5 cup pepitas
4. 4.25 cup flavoured almonds
5. 2tsp ginger
6. 2tsp cinnamon
7. 1tsp nutmeg (ground)
8. 1.5 tsp cloves (ground)
9. 1tsp brown sugar
10. 70g honey
11. 2tbsp coconut oil
how to make
1. preheat oven to 150 and line a backing tray with baking paper
2. warm honey,coconut in a saucepan
3. combine the honey and dry ingredients in a bole and give it a good mix
4. pour mixture into the baking tray
5. bake 25-30 minutes into the oven mix it around in the tray every 10 minutes
