Scones
I find this is one of the easiest recipes to cook. I found this recipe on Women's Weekly.
ingredients
1. 1 cup pure cream
2. 1 cup lemonade
3. 3 cup self raising flour
4.pinch of salt
5. extra cream and flour
how to make
1. Preheat oven to 220c lightly flour a baking tray
2. sift flour and salt into a large bowl pour in lemonade and cream and mix to a soft sticky dough pour extra flour on to you surface then scrape mixture onto the flour knead very lightly then cut into 3 centimetres thick circles knead extra dough and cut again put onto the baking tray and brush extra cream on top
3. Bake for 15 minutes
4. Scones are yummy with jam on top
