Chocolate Date Balls
These are a really good snack for when you are hungry. They taste like a treat but are better for you than chocolate and cookies.

Ingredients
1. 1 cup raw almonds
2. 2 cups pitted dates
3. 1 cup dessicated coconut
4. 1/3 cup raw cacao
5. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut to roll in
you will also need a food processor
How to Make
Pour all ingredients in the food processor apart from the 1/2 cup of coconut for rolling. The other 1 cup of coconut goes in though. Process for 2-3 minutes.
The mixture should start to stick together. If not add a tablespoon or two of water and process again. It should look like this:
Roll into balls and roll around in the 1/2 cup coconut.
You can keep these in the fridge or freezer.
